Exhibitor guide

Organised by the Irish Farmers Journal and supported by FBD Insurance, this landmark event marks the first live working silage demonstration of the decade. On the day, every stage of the silage-making process will be showcased, including mowing, tedding, raking, harvesting and ensiling of the grass crop. All the harvesting methods can be seen in action on the day, including balers, forage wagons and self-propelled forage harvesters from all major industry leading brands.

Spectators can look forward to a live running commentary throughout the day, providing detailed insights into each machine’s performance and technical specifications. In addition to the main field demonstrations, Grass 2026 will also include a dedicated silage pit demonstration, where manufacturers will showcase a variety of machinery. A bale handling demonstration will also form part of the event, feature the latest bale transport and stacking solutions.

A busy exhibitor area will host representatives from all participating brands, along with a wide range of companies from across the agri-machinery sector. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet manufacturers, learn about the latest innovations, and discuss machinery options firsthand.

The event offers a valuable opportunity for knowledge transfer, allowing attendees to see up close the latest grass mowing, baling, and harvesting technologies available on the Irish market in 2026. Grass 2026 promises to be the biggest event of the year for Ireland’s agricultural machinery sector and will be an unmissable spectacle for operators, contractors, machinery operators and farmers alike.
